The company assumes all risks and responsibilities while retaining all the profit. Homeowners LOVE renting to STR companies because they essentially get free management services and know their property will be kept in pristine condition because a professional company is dedicated to maintaining 5-star reviews and ensuring the house is in excellent shape for guests.


STR management or co-hosting, on the other hand, entails a partnership between a property owner and an STR company.
