Locals Who Love the Hill
BEZ Rentals started with a simple idea: Los Alamos gets a lot of visitors — LANL contractors, scientists, ski enthusiasts, families — and most of them deserve a better option than a generic hotel room.
Brian and Emma Abata have lived in the Los Alamos area and understand what the area's visitors really need: fast internet, a real kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a host who actually responds when you message them.
The name "BEZ" comes from the couple themselves — Brian and Emma Abata — and reflects the personal, hands-on care they put into every guest's experience. When you stay with BEZ Rentals, you're not dealing with a faceless property management company. You're staying with real people who want your trip to go well.
