The newer Home Gym Retreat is a 4-bedroom home that sleeps 10 with an on-site gym, a dedicated office, and a private backyard fire pit — better for larger families, bigger groups, and teams on longer assignments. Both are fully furnished and hosted by Brian and Emma.

The Home Gym Retreat sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 6 beds. The Los Alamos Home Base sleeps up to 8 across 3 bedrooms (3 beds plus an air mattress). If you have a group larger than 8, book the Home Gym Retreat.

Yes. Both homes are in Los Alamos with fast WiFi and a dedicated work setup, and both suit LANL contractors, scientists, and trade workers.
